When the authentic african drumline put the beat down... the rhythm of the soul followed suit. What an awesome workout! I've got to be honest it felt real good to pop that booty to the beat of the drum. My lower back got a good ol fashioned workout. We learned a African dance called Koo-Koo which is performed when men return home with food for the tribe.
