The Hennessy Berry: 1 1/2oz Hennessy 3 mint leaves 1/2 Rasberry Puree 1/2 fresh Lemon juice Top w/Sprite or 7up Garnish w/ 2 Raspberry slices.

The Hennessy Ginger: 2 oz Hennessy 1/2 oz fresh Lemon juice 3/4oz Simple syrup 1/4oz Ginger juice.

Last but not least my absolute favorite recipe: Add 1 Hip Hop Emcee combined with a 7 piece live band and 2 parts ol school flava with generous amounts of Hennessy equals one good night. Hennessy definately is the master of The Art of Blending.
