I'm not holding back because damnit Im PMS'ing But...Can someone please tell me why in the Hell anyone cares to see Cocktail or any reality chick host a party?? I swear if I ever attend one of these club's and one of these chicks are hosting I'm going to walk up to their @ss and order a drank or ask them to get me a napkin or something????!!!!!! Make yourself useful... shidt you aint livin rent free at Ray J's rented mansion anymore. Isn't that what a damn Hostess does?

Unless this chick is standing on a red carpet begging for a glass of cheap champagne or doing the shameful snotty teary-eyed I got dumped exit interview on the show then I dont want to see her or pay $20 to extend her 15 minutes of fame. Mike Jones Video Shoot Swagg Through the Roof

Mike Jones shot his video for the upcoming single Swagg out the Roof yesterday. The video was directed by Mr. Boom of Boomtown Productions. I'm checking for the song "Swagg out the Roof" it has a catchy beat and hook. I definitely can see people bangin this one in their car and clubs.

On the set of a video there is plenty of down time and that's when conversations get interesting. Mike Jones shared some details about his success and struggles in the music industry. Most of all he shared how he lost an amazing amount of weight. I didn't want to say anything but...I couldn't help it so I pull Mike to the side and twisted his arm thinking I had to force his diet secret out of him. To my surprise he gave it up in front of everyone...He did the Subway Diet *crickets* Ha Ha yeah right so what did you do? Y'all he really did the Subway diet and exercise for about four months. On set he gave us his secret subway recipes. So if you see me a few pounds lighter in about four months you wont have to twist my arm to find out what I did. Back then they didn't want me now I'm Hot they all on me!

Another one of my fav moments on set was when all the video models were talking about why you shouldn't sleep around in the industry and someone bust out with "because you dont want to be like DANGER...SHE SMASHED THE HOMIE! DANGER...SHE SMASHED THE HOMIE!!!!"

Ol girl ain't got nothin on Ms Gina of Awe!Some Crochet (no joke this woman calls herself a clothing designer.) Ms. Gina debuted her line at the Fashion & Style Awards last night.
