Goodie Mob put on a outstanding show last night at the House Of Blues. The Atlanta based southern fried group served up a ol school portion of hot rhymes and beats that had the audience bobbing their heads and body rocking all night long. By the end of the show everybody was full of that good ol fashion southern music that penatrates you to the soul. It's been awhile so let me refresh your memory "Come & get ya Soul Food..." "People Dont Dance No More all they do is... (Tweet, ok I added that)," "Who's that creepin in my window? POW...nobody now!"

Part I of the tour featured artists Scarface, Devin The Dude and Cypress Hill. So come on and get your soul food at The House Of Blues tonite. Doors open at 7:30 and the show begins at 8:30. Haiti Earthquake Relief

The Multi-Ethnic Community Center on 9818 Bissonnet is set-up to recieve donations for victims of The earthquake in Haiti. Please if you can donate any items that would ease the pain of this awful devasation that occurred to our brothers and sisters across the globe. It wasn't that long ago that some of our people here in the US were in need of clothing, food, water, etc as a result of a natural disaster. Every little thing counts... please don't feel as if you have nothing to contribute. The one thing you can contribute is a sincere prayer and after that you will find that there are other things you can do to assist. One is time...even if it's 30 minutes to box up clothes at a shelter. You maybe surprised how fufilling it is.

Temperatures dropped Friday night and everyone in the city was looking for something hot. From the last chance sips of Starbucks Gingerbread Lattes, to luxurous furs (My perfect opportunity to pop out da Red Fox), chic sweaters, sexy knee high boots. Regardless of the weather the city of Houston was still haute.

The Monnalisa Bar inside Hotel Sorrella was the chic spot to lounge on a cold Friday night. The open pit fire centered in the middle of the bar is filled with illuninating glass drawing cozy couples near for sexy conversation. Other cuddle bunnies were snuggled up in the sectioned off private cabannas. The whole scene is reminscent of a posh ski lodge in Aspen or Eagle Vail. Very posh and sexy. Highly recommened it for date nights or social gatherings with group of friends.
